Come afternoon, our Congress location offers pizzas and sandwiches, while our San Jacinto location features a full lunch menu thoughtfully prepared by our cook, Sam. As the day winds down, both locations transform into a wine and beer bar — with the San Jacinto spot offering an expanded selection of spirits.

I've had the matcha honey latte and side let me tell you! The matcha isn't good but their lattes are so good I appreciate how consistent their flavors are. I hate other coffee places because the consistency is flavor isn't there but each time I go to Capitol the coffee always tastes the same
